Bethesda Tower Accommodation provides accommodation in the Fairy-Tale Tower (sleeps 4 guests), the charming Priory (sleeps 6 guests) and the self-catering Heritage House (sleeps 6 guests).  For larger families or groups of up to 10 people, the Fairy-Tale Tower units can be rented in combination with the Priory stained glass room, The Priory upstairs, or The Priory downstairs.

When you stay at any of the units offered by Bethesda Tower Accommodation be sure to also do a tour of the stunning Bushman art and giant tapestries made by local Bushmen descendants. The three galleries and the studio give visitors a chance to see local artists at work and chat with them about their heritage. 

Fairy-Tale Tower – B&B

The Tower offers a fairy-tale experience, ideal for a romantic couple or adventurous family. The top floor’s huge round bed has 360°views, and on the middle floor are twin beds / lounge. The bathroom is on the ground floor down external spiralling stairs. A unique experience!

The rate includes a delicious breakfast, which is served from our on-site Tower Café.

Charming Priory – B&B

The Priory is named after the Priory in England where its stunning 1820 stained glass windows came from. It sleeps a maximum of 6 people. The walls are covered with art-work made at the Centre.  

A beautiful stone courtyard with its Braai offers privacy and charm in an outdoor setting. Here you can gaze at the famous Bethesda night sky while you sip your wine in safety and privacy. Nights spent in the Centre’s friendly, quirky accommodation, will not only give you the chance to meet the local indigenous artists, but to know that you are supporting a worthwhile project that is changing people’s lives.

The Priory: stained glass room – B&B

En-suite double room with high ceilings, gothic door, and beautiful stained glass windows. This room can be made up as a twin on request – kindly request when making your booking.

The Priory: downstairs – B&B

En-suite double room with French doors opening into a beautiful private stone courtyard. Perfect for a family when booked with the Priory: upstairs.

The Priory: upstairs – B&B

Beautiful room opening onto a private terrace, where you can gaze at the famous Bethesda night sky. Can be made up as a twin room on request. Ideal for a family when booked with the Priory: Downstairs. The bathroom is accessed via an external staircase.

The rate includes a delicious breakfast, which is served from our on-site Tower Café.

The Luxurious Heritage House: Self-catering 

A historic house with whitewashed walls and Oregon floors and ceilings. It has three bedrooms, two of them with double beds, both with French doors opening to a private garden. The third is a twin room. The house has a large open-plan kitchen/living room.

Dinner

Dinner is available for guests of Bethesda Tower Accommodation staying at the Fairy-Tale Tower, (not to be confused with the Water Tower next door), the Charming Priory, and luxurious Heritage House. Dinner is served from the on-site Tower Cafe.  Dinner bookings must be made when booking accommodation.
